Have ordered takeaway previously and the food was amazing. However on this occasion the food was late and was colder than previously delivered orders.

There was a problem with the ordering system. I waited 1 hour 20 mins before phoning just to be told my order hadn’t been processed. I’ve asked for a refund as my order was cancelled. Can you confirm my refund.
